Summer of Riesling was started by one man, Sommelier/Restauranteur/Riesling Afficionado, Paul Grieco. He sells nothing but Riesling at his New York wine bar, Terroir. He started the Summer of Riesling campaign to spread the word on the most versatile variety and Riesling fever has hit Australia.
So, if you think Riesling is something only your Nanna would drink, think again. From bone dry, to elegant off dry, we encourage everyone to try Riesling this summer.

Taste your way through a hand-picked selection of cool climate Rieslings, at one of Perth's premier wine outlets.
As part of the Summer of Riesling campaign, Steve's Fine Food & Wine will offer 16 Rieslings on the Enomatic wine preservation and service system, allowing customers to purchase a prepaid tasting card and sample the wines in 25ml, 50ml or 75ml tastes. Each wine is also available for purchase by the glass (150ml). This two-week celebration of the noble grape and the beautiful Great Southern region, launches on Wednesday 22nd February and ends on Tuesday 6th March. Riesling fans, come get your fix. Riesling cynics, come and be converted.
On Wednesday 22nd Feb and Wednesday 29th Feb, the team at Steve's will create a special Riesling & Oyster inspired share plate and wine flight for $25.00 per person.
